Have a relaxing holiday in this old Norfolk Flint cottage in the centre of Northrepps, a small village just a mile from sandy beaches. Situated opposite the village pub, The Old Post Office is a deceptively spacious three bedroom cottage, full of homely charm and is just perfect for all-year round family holidays and short breaks - a real home-from-home holiday cottage. Being just three miles from Cromer, it's ideally situated for exploring the North Norfolk coast, visiting the Norfolk Broads and is also on a direct route to Norwich.

The cottage offers a number of original features including original sash windows, internal wood panelling to the staircase, slate roof and latch doors, yet is full of modern conveniences including a fully fitted kitchen, refitted bathroom and electric heating.

Kitchen

Our well fitted traditional-style kitchen is very well specified and ideal for family cooking. Complete with a dishwasher to take away the after-dinner chores, you have a double electric fan oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave at your disposal along with kettle & toaster. There's also a high-speed washer/dryer so you don't need to pack too many clothes if you don't want to.

Lounge / Diner

The Living Room features a quality three-piece leather suite for your comfort, a wide-screen television, DVD Player & video recorder (complete with plenty of videos), Freeview digi-box and a good selection of books. There's also some games and puzzles to enjoy. The Dining Area offers a good size table and chairs and a large dresser.

The feature fireplace offers a real focal point to the room and sports a mock wood burning fire.

Bedroom 1 (double)

The master bedroom features a quality pine double bed in a "farmhouse style" and a large fireplace dominates the room. A built-in double wardrobe offers ample space for all your holiday clothing along with an antique pine chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 (single, double or twin)

The second bedroom hosts a quality single bed with a full-size guest bed beneath. This is easily raised to provide either two single beds or a pseudo double. A bedside cabinet with reading lamp helps you relax and there's a small dressing table with a mirror above. A built-in wardrobe offers plenty of space for your clothing.

Bedroom 3 (single)

This is the smallest bedroom, but there's still plenty of space. A quality bed means a comfortable night's sleep and, again, there's a bedside cabinet with table lamp and a built-in wardrobe.

Bathroom

The panelled and tiled Bathroom is well lit and offers a good deep bath for long relaxing soaks or an invigorating shower.

Lovely cottage and village. Can particularly recommend the pies at the butchers. Ducks at the pond are very entertaining, especially when crossing the road. And, you can watch this whilst enjoying a drink at the pub. Saw lots of seals at Horsey Gap. All in all, an excellent week.
