Our Norfolk Holiday Cottage Business
Norfolk Cottage Holidays is a family business run by Nicola and Andrew Banner. We own and manage all of our Norfolk Cottages ourselves - when you speak to us, you will probably be speaking to the cottage owners.
That makes a real difference when you're booking a holiday. We know the cottages intimately and can advise on the suitability of a cottage and its surroundings for your particular holiday party.
We want you to have a great holiday - great enough so that you want to return and recommend us to your friends and family.
We would prefer to not take a booking rather than be concerned over the suitability of a holiday cottage for your needs. That is why we don't allow on-line bookings - we prefer to discuss requirements with our clients rather than just take a booking and hope you like it.
We started the business in August 2003 with The Old Post Office and expanded in December of the same year with Garth Cottage and added Providence Place in Easter 2004. In summer 2007, we added St Cecilia's and in October 2007 we founded Freedom Boating Holidays with our good friends at DRL Marine.
When we hand over a cottage to you for your holiday, we include a feedback form so you can tell us what you liked and what you didn't, including a section for improvements. We receive some very valuable suggestions from these and have improved our service considerably as a result.
We have already made a number of improvements during 2008 and there are more planned. We've added a fifth bed to The Old Post Office to increase our sleeping capacity. Our web site is constantly being improved to provide better access to Norfolk cottage availability and prices making it easier to view and book our holiday cottages.

Recycling
Our Norfolk Holiday Cottages are located within local authority areas that operate waste recycling initiatives with twin wheelie bins. We actively promote the use of these (indeed, the local bylaws dictate it). Additionally, at Providence Place, we operate a composting bin.
